The role

Trailers are the sharpest edit we ship: sixty seconds that sell a two-hour conversation to someone who has never heard of the show. You will write the arc, pick the lines, and cut trailers that make people press play, for episodes, show launches, and paid placements.

What you will own

Episode trailers: selecting the strongest lines and building a narrative arc that sells the conversation.
Show trailers and launch videos for new podcasts and seasons.
Sound design and music: tension, pacing, and release that make sixty seconds feel cinematic.
Versions cut to length and format for YouTube, socials, and sponsor placements.

What we expect

A reel of trailers, teasers, or promos you cut, with the outcomes they drove.
Story instinct: you can find the narrative in raw conversation without a script.
Strong sound design sensibility, mixing and music selection included.
Premiere Pro or DaVinci fluency; After Effects for title treatments.

Bonus points

Background in film, documentary, or ad editing.
You have cut trailers for podcasts or YouTube shows specifically.
